- Contact us for and individual consultation and analysis of the problem.
- When we ´ve found a solution, comfortable for you, you ´ll receive after your order placement a mail with DHL-package ticket and a form "Deatils for reapir" for print out.
- Please, box the device gently and safety WITHOUT ANY accessoiries like cable, sim and/or memory card, accu-pack as well WITHOUT the original device packing.
- Dispatch the package free of charge by DHL.
- Soonest we received your device it will by recorded and you ´ll be informed.
- Ther repair will be, as far it´s possible, carried out instantly.
- In case, it´s not possible instantly, we ´ll keep you informed, so you don´t need bother.
- After finishing of repair you´ll be informed. In addition we send you pictures of the device, to give you a first impreesion of the work we´ve done.
- Your smartphone/tablet will be prepared for shipment. You´ll get the tracking number by mail for:
- At the moment you´ll get back your device, the repair process is finished successful.
