we would like to explain the whole workflow of repair process for better understanding, because it´s important for us, to meet and satisfy the faith of our customers by quality and transparency of the procedure.


The following will roll out the different steps and stages of the repair process, to explain what´s necessary to handle it as fast and smoothly as possible

The easy repair process at "meine-Handywerkstatt.de":

  1. Contact us for  and individual consultation and analysis of the problem.
  2. When we ´ve found a solution, comfortable for you, you ´ll receive after your order placement a mail with DHL-package ticket and  a form "Deatils for reapir" for print out.
  3. Please, box the device gently and safety WITHOUT ANY accessoiries like cable, sim and/or memory card, accu-pack as well WITHOUT the original device packing.
  4. Dispatch the package free of charge by DHL.
  5. Soonest we received your device it will by recorded and you ´ll be informed.
  6. Ther repair will be, as far it´s possible, carried out instantly.
  7. In case, it´s not possible instantly, we ´ll keep you informed, so you don´t need bother.
  8. After finishing of repair you´ll be informed. In addition we send you pictures of the device, to give you a first impreesion of the work we´ve done.
  9. Your smartphone/tablet will be prepared for shipment. You´ll get the tracking number by mail for:
    DHL-Tracking
  10. At the moment you´ll get back your device, the repair process is finished successful.
